Congratulations to Dale Corporation, which will receive Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia’s 2021 Patrick Monaghan Good Neighbor Award! Dale Corporation will be honored at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia’s Building Hope Virtual Lunch-In on May 4. This honor recognizes the work of volunteers from Dale Corporation, including GBCA member Dale Construction, and carpenters from Local 158, at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia’s Oxford Green project.
Named in memory of Patrick Monaghan, this Good Neighbor award is presented annually at The Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia Building HOPE Luncheon. Chosen by the Habitat PHL team, the award recognizes an individual or group who through their volunteering has helped to advance their vision — a City where everyone has a decent place to live.

The Building Hope Luncheon is Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia’s signature annual event that celebrates community, highlights its work and its partnerships, and shares the success of families with whom it works alongside. In 2021, the Building Hope Virtual Lunch-In’s ultimate goal is to raise $450,000 to assist Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia in furthering its impact and building housing stability, health stability, and human stability.
