On Thursday, December 9, safety professionals and members of the Philadelphia region’s commercial construction industry gathered for GBCA’s final Eggs with OSHA program of 2021.
Local OSHA representatives James Harrity and James Touey joined us virtually to provide a review of 2021’s safety issues, and a preview of 2022’s agenda.
John Adams of John Adams Law Firm LLC spoke about OSHA’s ETS regarding COVID-19 vaccinations and testing, detailing what companies with 100+ employees will need to do to comply with the mandate.
