GBCA joined its labor partners, Philadelphia City Councilmember Katherine Gilmore Richardson, and State Representative Joe Hohenstein last week in City Hall. Councilmember Gilmore Richardson presented $100,000 checks to each of the three union related pre-apprentice programs to support their efforts.
