On October 22, GBCA attended EDA Contractors’ 5th Annual PACT (Personal Accountability Changes Today) Wellness Fair at EDA’s headquarters.
The annual event provides EDA employees with resources to support their physical and mental well-being, while raising awareness about substance and alcohol misuse in the construction industry. Now in its fifth year, the fair reinforces the importance of creating a supportive workplace and connecting employees with resources when they need them.
GBCA participated by distributing safety Toolbox Talks, mental health safety stickers, and GBCA T-shirts to attendees. These materials helped promote conversations about mental health, workplace safety, and the importance of looking out for one another both on and off the jobsite.
