GBCA Director of Government Affairs, Erin Dwyer Harvard Named in PA 40 Under 40

GBCA proudly congratulates our Director of Government Affairs, Erin Dwyer Harvard, who was recently named by City & State Pennsylvania magazine as one of Pennsylvania’s 40 Under 40!

As the Director of Government Affairs for the General Building Contractors Association, Harvard partners with the building trades, business community and elected officials to create sustainable opportunities for Philadelphians to enter the union construction industry. Harvard also leads the fundraising efforts for the GBCA PAC to support pro- union construction candidates around the region.
