On Tuesday, April 18, GBCA held a Substance Use Disorder & Harm Reduction Training to encourage a healthier jobsite culture and to prepare for an emergency on the jobsite. Guest speaker, Elvis Rosado, Harm Reduction & Health Educator at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, discussed current substance use issues and trends in the Philadelphia region, what to look for on the jobsite, as well as how to respond to either suspected substance use disorder or overdose incidents.
