With more than 19 years of experience in construction safety and health, including 16 years at AGC, Kevin shared valuable perspectives on the evolving regulatory landscape.
His session covered the latest federal safety and health developments impacting construction, including key regulatory updates, enforcement trends, and emerging priorities from OSHA. Attendees gained a clearer understanding of how these changes may impact compliance, risk management, and workforce safety.
