On Wednesday, June 7, 2023, GBCA hosted a Lunch and Learn on Tools for Handling Stress, led by Jessica Harrington MPH, Public Health Educator. Attendees learned about the importance of teamwork and accountability in the workplace, gained an understanding about stress and reactions to stress, and learned five habits to relieve stress: communication, environment, mindfulness, acceptance, and self-care.
