In March 2007, Morgan Hurst and Joe Augustine founded Airport Construction Services (ACS), a specialty contractor company that today is signatory with the Carpenters Union and District 21. Hurst and Augustine continue to own and operate the company: Hurst has over 50 years of experience as an estimator, and Augustine has over 40 years of experience as a union carpenter, foreman, and superintendent.

ACS specializes in layout, metal stud, drywall, finishing, painting, millwork, and certain flooring materials. ACS has been a permanent fixture at the Philadelphia airport and work at various other airports. It also performs services at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Pennsylvania Hospital, and the University of Pennsylvania.
