We manage our client’s interests by anticipating and reducing adverse financial exposure through value engineering and cost estimating, managing the workflow and schedules, managing construction risks, and successfully closing out projects on-time and on-budget. Over 1/3 of our staff are accredited LEED, registered architects (RA/AIA), QA/QC Certified, or Professional Engineers (PE).  Our staff has grown from two (2) to over 21 professionals and project managers.

Blane Stoddart, LEED Green Associate serves as President and CEO. Julia Blackett, LEED Green Associate serves as Senior Vice President, and Arthur SanFilippo AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, serves as Vice President of Projects.
