CEC’s Philadelphia office specializes in construction support, quality assurance, special inspections, and construction materials testing. With expertise in civil and environmental engineering, environmental sciences, waste management, air quality, and cultural resources, the team supports projects across the solid waste, manufacturing, power, public sector, and real estate markets.
CEC also provides International Building Code (IBC) special inspections and field testing for earthwork, foundations, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, welding, masonry, and other critical building systems.
Led by Jennifer Flannery, the Philadelphia office brings extensive experience in air quality permitting, regulatory compliance, emissions reporting, and environmental permitting. Lekha Warke contributes expertise in environmental and geotechnical engineering, site investigations, environmental monitoring, project management, and construction-phase services.
