Eco Materials Passyunk Wash Plant is a state-of-the-art soil washing facility offering a smarter, more sustainable approach to material management. The company’s mission is rooted in environmental responsibility—providing clean, safe, and cost-effective alternatives to traditional soil disposal.
Using proven technologies and a wet-wash process powered by reclaimed stormwater, the facility removes contaminants and separates soil into reusable components, reclaiming up to 85% of inbound material. This process produces high-quality sand and stone—including clean washed 3/8” and 3/4” stone, C33 and fine mason sand, contractor stone, and ballast—all meeting strict PADEP standards. The system is fully adaptable, with screening and classification capabilities that can be customized to meet individual project specifications.
At full capacity, the plant will divert more than 700,000 tons of material from landfills each year. Instead of being discarded, these materials are renewed and reintroduced into the construction supply chain—preserving natural resources and greatly reducing environmental impact.
By transforming what was once considered waste into valuable, reusable resources, Eco Materials provides sustainable, forward-thinking solutions that help contractors reduce landfill reliance, conserve limited natural resources, and build a cleaner, more responsible future.
