Profit Focus CFO is a high level financial consultancy that offers as-needed CFO advisory services to entities that are in need, but which don’t need a full-time CFO. Their clients, usually privately held companies, range in size from about $3.0 million of annual revenues to about $50.0 million of annual revenues.
Profit Focus CFO offers all the skills and expertise that a full time CFO might offer to a large publicly traded entity. The presence of a CFO resource should enable the owners and other C-Level executives (CEO and COO) to identify exposures, to seize on opportunities and to optimize the performance of a business entity. Their skills are particularly valuable if a company is looking to offer the business for sale in the near term or to acquire a new bank facility.
