Steven Kempf has two locations — King of Prussia and Philadelphia. The newest yard, in downtown Philadelphia, is right off Interstate 95 at Exit 23 Girard Avenue. Steven Kempf is the only signatory supplier in the Philly Metro area, employing both Operating Engineers and Laborers from their respective unions.
