On Monday, June 17, Erin Dwyer Harvard from the General Building Contractors Association (GBCA), Elaine Johnson from LaPutt Enterprise, LLC, and representatives from The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia testified at Philadelphia’s Tax Reform Commission. GBCA believes a reduction in the Business Income and Receipts Tax (BIRT) and City Wage Tax will spur business growth in the City of Philadelphia.
