GBCA to Launch Member Value Survey

Your member experience matters!

To help evaluate its impact, GBCA is seeking feedback from members about the value of GBCA’s benefits and services. On Wednesday, July 24, all GBCA members will receive a short survey to provide feedback on their member experiences. Your responses to this anonymous survey will help GBCA deliver the highest value to its membership.

Tell us what you like, don’t like, and would like to see in the future. The Member Value Survey will be open for up to six business days, and the results will be presented to GBCA’s Board of Directors in the Fall. This anonymous survey will provide members the opportunity to voice their opinions and help GBCA deliver even greater member-only value moving forward.
