We’re proud to share that Erin Dwyer Harvard, GBCA’s Director of Public Affairs, has been recognized by City & State Pennsylvania as a 2026 Government Relations Honoree.
Erin Dwyer Harvard directs public affairs for the General Building Contractors Association, where she and her team achieved the highest PAC fundraising total in the organization’s history in 2025. Under Harvard’s leadership, the newly established public affairs team elevated GBCA’s political and regional profile by engaging the trades to support the next generation of construction professionals, advancing pro-growth initiatives of members of Philadelphia City Council, and serving on the Philadelphia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.
