On July 9, Geppert Bros., Inc. hosted a special luncheon at Popi’s Restaurant in South Philadelphia, bringing employees together for an open conversation about grief, mental health, and emotional wellness.
Buddy Osborn, founder of Rock Ministries and Chaplain to the Philadelphia Building Trades, led the discussion by sharing his personal experiences and encouraging workers to prioritize their mental health. The event emphasized the importance of checking in with one another—on and off the job.
To support overall well-being and summer safety, GBCA distributed t-shirts, cooling towels, and heat safety resources to all attendees.
