Gilbane Building Company along with joint venture partner Pride Enterprises, Inc. recently topped off the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Morgan Center for Research and Innovation. This 17-story, 350,000-square-foot facility will expand CHOP’s laboratory research capacity and is scheduled to open in 2025.
