Gilbane Building Company is partnering with the University of Pennsylvania to build Philadelphia’s first six-story mass timber building.
The new Data Science Building, which will primarily serve Penn Engineering students, was designed by Lake Flato Architects and KSS Architects. The project is scheduled to break ground in 2022.
