AGC of America and Autodesk are asking contractors to participate in a survey about workforce supply and shortages in the US. The survey should only take a few minutes to complete. The survey will close on Monday, August 15, 2022.
The construction industry has experienced some very significant and sudden changes during the past few months that have led to dramatic changes in demand for work, availability of key construction materials, and the need for new workers. Understanding these issues will help us better advocate for measures that will support the industry’s labor needs in both the short- and long-term.
Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey! The more people understand the scope, and consequences, of current labor market conditions, the more likely they (especially elected officials) are to enact measures to help meet the industry’s needs. The more members who take the survey, the better able we all will be to describe labor market conditions where you operate.
