Local signage and graphics company, Image360 Philly NW, recently received national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
“Since opening this business over two decades ago, it’s been our priority to both serve the Wyndmoor community and provide an opportunity for the next generation in our family to continue that tradition,” said Donna Pearce, VP of Marketing and Sales at Image360 Philly NW. “Being a woman-owned business means creating opportunities to empower other women to be successful. This recognition is a true honor.”
WBENC’s national standard of certification is a meticulous process consisting of a site inspection along with an in-depth review of the business that included management structure and evidence of contribution of capital and/or expertise. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.
“We are so appreciative to receive this certification as a WBE. Since I started working here in high school, it has been wonderful to see our family-owned business grow under the leadership of strong women,” said Carrie Pearce, VP of Operations at Image360 Philly NW. “We look forward to continued growth and supporting businesses in the region and across the country.”
