Sales Support Intern
Superior Scaffold is looking for an intern to work with and support the sales and marketing department. This individual will learn about the construction industry from a sub-contractor’s point of view.
Intern Duties:
- Using programs such as Building Connected, Planhub, Smartbid, Eclipse, Bluebook, and more.
- Printing and reading blueprints.
- Permitting – with L&I and Streets.
- Taking sales calls
- Job walks
- Network industry events
This internship is a great opportunity to work with really cool people, meet industry leaders from subcontractors, GCs, and all trades who use Superior Scaffold’s products. The intern will also get hands-on experience working with the latest computer aided programs used in the industry today. Hours and pay will be discussed depending upon schedule and experience. Some travel withing the tri-state area will be required.
Safety Intern
Superior Scaffold is looking for an intern to work with and support the safety department.
Intern Duties:
- Assist the Safety Director with vetting software
- Assist the Safety Director with monitoring employee compliance
- Assist in job walks
- Assist in safety trainings
This internship is a great opportunity for someone to learn more about a career in construction safety. Knowledge of Auto-Cad is a plus. Hours and pay will be discussed depending upon schedule and experience. Some travel withing the tri-state area will be required.
