Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities while managing a strong base of existing accounts.
- Execute a pull-through sales strategy by working directly with end-users such as contractors, municipalities, and utilities, while supporting distributor
- partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate product demand and expand strategic networks.
- Represent SSI professionally in the marketplace by providing exceptional customer service and technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in safety, industrial, or construction-related industries.
- Proven consultative selling skills with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and manage multiple customer relationships.
- Positive mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong organizational discipline.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
