The Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP) is offering a free virtual Adult Mental Health First Aid training. This full-day session is designed to help participants recognize the signs of mental health challenges and respond with confidence and care—similar to how CPR prepares individuals to respond to physical health emergencies. The training includes pre-work and will be conducted live via Zoom.
Mental Health First Aid provides practical tools to identify when someone may be struggling, how to approach the conversation, and how to connect them with appropriate resources. With mental health continuing to be a critical issue across the construction industry, this training offers valuable knowledge that can be applied on and off the jobsite.
