GBCA members LF Driscoll and Pride Enterprises moved forward on the 1201 Normandy Place project with two important steps: the Team Agreement Signing and Groundbreaking! The team will be managing the construction for Ensemble Real Estate Solutions & Investments and Mosaic Development Partners.
1201 Normandy Place is the first speculative multi-tenant research and development lab building at the Navy Yard. The modern 4-story, 137,000 sf building will feature highly customizable lab space to support life science tenants.
