McDonald Building Company, LLC., proudly placed the final beam of steel at the end of October for its 400 West Elm jobsite, a 13-story, 348-unit residential high-rise on the Schuylkill River waterfront in West Conshohocken. An estimated 2,200 tons of steel was fabricated for the steel structure.
