On Wednesday, March 8, as part of Women in Construction (WIC) Week 2023, the National Association of Woman in Construction (NAWIC) Philadelphia Chapter 145 and guests toured Clemens Construction Company, Inc.’s 12th and Sansom project. The tour was led by Sara Nicgorski, Senior Project Manager.
The project is a 20 story, 371,000 square foot concrete residential and retail high rise building. It will have three floors of amenity spaces, three floors of outdoor spaces and a pool, as well as loft style apartments and penthouses suites. There will be 399 apartments total, and two levels of parking.
GBCA member The Harman Group, now IMEG, is the structural engineer on this project.
