P. Agnes, Inc. will be managing the construction of Riddle Hospital’s renovation and expansion. Construction at the Delaware County hospital is scheduled to begin later this year.
Both Middletown Township and Main Line Health’s board have approved Riddle Hospital’s $327 million plans to upgrade and expand, representing the largest facility improvement in the 60-year history of the Media medical center.
The project, disclosed in recent bond documents, includes the construction of a new five-story, 230,000-square-foot patient pavilion.
