The Best Real Estate Deals of the Year
This year, PBJ will honor projects and transactions that have displayed excellence in the Philadelphia region. PBJ will also recognize new categories including affordable housing and projects pertaining to environmental, social and governance (ESG) space. The 2021 Deal of the Year — the top honor — will be revealed at the event.

The Dealmaker award will be given to those who should be recognized for their dealmaking prowess.
