On Thursday, May 30, Philadelphia City Council celebrated and honored the CTE students from Benjamin Franklin High School. Each student in the class passed their National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI) Exam. In addition to passing their exam, the students are OSHA 10 certified and plan to join one of the Philadelphia Building Trades Unions or Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters upon graduation.

GBCA joined members from the Philadelphia School District, the Philadelphia Building Trades Unions and Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters to celebrate the students!
