Congratulations to Philadelphia D&M, which was named ENR MidAtlantic’s Specialty Contractor of the Year for 2020! In addition to ranking highly based on revenue, Philadelphia D&M was recognized for its work on IPD projects, prefabricating bathroom PODs, and active participation in workforce development programs.

The Philadelphia-area interior finish contractor celebrated its 20th anniversary last year. They’ve performed almost $1.2 billion in revenue since 1999, all out of a single office. The firm with approximately 450 employees is one of the only contractors in the Philadelphia area with a prefabrication facility. At the end of this month, PDM will move into its new 170,000 sq ft prefabrication facility. They have also trademarked their bathroom pod manufacturing under the name Durapods and they are currently submitting on projects throughout the MidAtlantic region to fabricate and install bathroom PODs.
