Just a quick reminder, establishments that are required to maintain OSHA Injury/Illness forms (300 log & 300A) for the calendar year 2021 need to complete and post their OSHA 300A by February 1st 2022 (through April 1st, 2022).
Also, note that March 2, 2022 is the deadline for electronically reporting your OSHA injury illness for calendar year 2021. This applies to establishments with 250 or more employees that are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and establishments with 20-249 employees that are classified in certain industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses.
