Project: Reading Terminal Market Façade Repair
Contractor: Premier Building Restoration, Inc.
The Famous Reading Terminal Market, located at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, has been open for over 125 years on Arch Street (between 11th and 12th). Premier was hired to repair the North Elevation Exterior Façade including brick re-pointing, custom brick replacement, historic mortar matching, arch re-build, caulking, and granite re-pointing. While the project was delayed due to COVID-19, the crew is currently re-building one of the arches this week and looks to be complete the project late Summer.
