Professional Women in Construction and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia are teaming up for an event about bringing diversity, equity and inclusion conversations to the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Attendees will participate in an insightful conversation with Marcia Wallace, Program Manager of Supplier Diversity at CHOP and the recipient of numerous recognition and awards, including the CHOP “Breakthrough Maker Award” for her dedicated DEI work and the prestigious “Eagle Award” and “Clutch Award” for community engagement and partnership at Otis. Marcia will help us understand the need for supply diversity and DEI in the industry.
