On Monday, November 8, the Honorable Brian Fitzpatrick joined GBCA and AGC of America for a jobsite tour in his district. The group toured the Trinseo facility in Bristol, PA, which is currently undergoing construction led by GBCA member Frank V. Radomski & Sons, Inc. Representative Fitzpatrick presented US Flags from the Capitol to Frank V. Radomski & Sons, Inc. and to Trinseo.

Representative Fitzpatrick discussed several issues during the tour, particularly the importance of supporting and growing US-based industries, especially those in the region. Trinseo is a plastics manufacturer based in Bucks County, and its products ship across the nation and overseas.

During the tour, Rep. Fitzpatrick also spoke about the value of having a skilled workforce for complex projects such as the Trinseo project in the Philadelphia region. Rep. Fitzpatrick has been a strong advocate for apprenticeship programs, particularly those of the union building trades. Philip Radomski, Sr. is the Co-Chairman of the Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship Committee, and a strong advocate of the region’s union building trades apprenticeship programs.

We were pleased to help Rep. Fitzpatrick see the construction activity in his district and hope to continue our conversations with him.
