On November 21, 2019, Shoemaker Construction Co. celebrated the groundbreaking of the Seven Tower Bridge project in Conshohocken. This 14-story, 260,000-square-foot office tower is scheduled to open in November 2020 with most tenants, including Shoemaker Construction Co. and anchor-tenant Hamilton Lane, taking occupancy in 2021.
