Skanska, one of the world’s leading construction and development firms, announced the addition of Rich Treglown as Project Executive in its Philadelphia office, which includes operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

In his role, Treglown will provide direct management oversight of the project team and ensure project continuity from the preconstruction phase to project completion. Treglown will play an active role in key milestone events and leverage his expertise to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Currently, he is leading the project teams for University of Delaware.

Treglown brings nearly 40 years of industry experience to the Skanska team and has worked on a number of large-scale projects including Cancer Treatment Centers of America Eastern Regional Medical Center, Cira Centre, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Research Building, St. Luke’s Hospital Critical Care Addition, and Lincoln Financial Field. Prior to joining Skanska, Treglown served as Project Executive at AP Construction Company.

Treglown has OSHA 10 and 30-Hour certifications in safety training. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and serves as a member of the EPA Storm Water Protection Program.
