GBCA, the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, and the Carpenters Joint Apprentice Committee of Philadelphia & Vicinity have partnered to hold the 5th year of the Carpenters Apprentice Ready Program (CARP). Classes will begin February 6, 2021. Pending successful completion of the program, 32 participants will be seeking sponsorship at the end of March 2021.
