Successful minority-owned contractor The Watson Organization and PJ Dick, an Engineering News Record Top 100 Construction Management Firm, have formed a joint venture to provide full-service construction to clients in the greater Philadelphia area. The diverse and inclusive joint venture provides owners with a customized approach to construction.

Together, Watson-PJD a Joint Venture provides estimating and preconstruction, construction management at risk, design-build, construction management-agency, and general contracting. The JV offers a local staff of 10 with access to more than 500 construction management professionals in Pittsburgh.

The Watson Organization is a Minority Business Enterprise/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE) Union Contractor. Under the direction of President Ivan Watson, the firm serves commercial and industrial clients in Philadelphia, Pa.; New Jersey; and Atlanta, Ga.
