Wouch Maloney, a 30-year-old accounting and business advisory firm uniquely focused on the financial success of closely-held companies and their owners, has opened a new office in Philadelphia to better serve its growing list of clients in Center City. Located at 1515 Market Street, Suite 1710, the office is the firm’s third, including Horsham, PA and Bonita Springs, FL.

Stephen Slade Named President of Bucks County Estate Planning Council

Stephen J. Slade, a CPA with Wouch Maloney, has been named President of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council. In this role, Slade is responsible for overseeing the organization’s commitment to advancing the knowledge and ethical standards of estate planning in Bucks County, as well as developing a collegial community among estate planning professionals in the area.

“I am excited to take on this new role and can assure members, and prospective members, we will have a robust calendar of events filled with exciting networking and professional education programs,” said Slade.

The Bucks County Estate Planning Council is a nonprofit organization whose members include accountants, attorneys, financial planners, life underwriters, trust officers, and other professionals serving the industry.

Slade is a graduate of Temple University and Archbishop Ryan High School, where he is currently Treasurer of the Board. He is also an active member of the General Building Contractors Association; Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
