In celebration of Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month this February, the City of Philadelphia’s Infrastructure Solutions Team (IST) has unveiled a new Construction Career Map. This innovative tool serves as a visual roadmap, guiding students and job seekers through various entry points and career progression opportunities within the construction industry.

The School District of Philadelphia offers 43 CTE programs across 30 high schools, many focusing on construction and manufacturing. These programs provide students with industry-recognized credentials and hands-on training, equipping them with the skills needed to excel in the workforce while they earn their high school diplomas.
