For three generations, the Sautter family has been providing safe and reliable crane service. Over the years, Sautter Crane’s fleet has grown in size and sophistication and now includes one of the largest all terrain cranes in the Philadelphia area. In fact, Sautter Crane is the first destination in the United States for Liebherr’s newest four-axle all-terrain crane.
With the ability to provide the right crane for every job, Sautter Crane has become the provider of choice for hundreds of companies all over the eastern seaboard. It is Sautter Crane’s core philosophy that every client deserves new and technically advanced equipment for both manned and bare rentals, that has helped establish the company’s leadership position.
The Sutter Crane Fleet includes mobile cranes, crawlers, carry deck, boom launcher and boom trucks. They provide 24 hour service.
It is the policy of Sautter Crane to strive for the highest safety standards in all our operations. Crane safety is the direct result of careful attention to all company operations by those who are directly and indirectly involved in their daily operation.
All equipment used within the company is evaluated daily and all certifications and maintenance checks and procedures for all units are updated and compliant with federal, state, and local guidelines. All crane certifications are completed annually by a third party inspector to ensure impartiality is not compromised. Maintenance is completed on a regular basis and on schedule.
All their operators are certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators. This nationwide program will become a requirement with new OSHA Standards being enacted later this year and standardizes the expertise and training requirements for safe crane operations. Our Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy meets all Department of Transportation Commercial Driver License and Federal Motor Carrier requirements.
