Hagen Construction, Inc. was founded by Alfred (Fred) D. Hagen, Jr. after working as a carpenter contractor in the 1970’s in Alaska. He worked on the Alaskan Oil Pipeline and went to school at night at the University of Alaska. He then returned home to the Philadelphia area and continued his work as a carpentry contractor. In 1987, Hagen Construction, Inc. was formed.
Over the past 29 years, Hagen Construction, Inc. has specialized in a variety of commercial and residential projects such as hospitals, office buildings, restaurants and multi-story condominiums. They are one of the largest carpentry/drywall subcontractors in the Delaware Valley. They employ a highly educated and experienced work force, trained in the newest construction industry technologies.
Fred Hagen is President and CEO of Hagen Construction, Inc. with George Jackson, Vice President of Operations, who started with Hagen Construction more than 20 years ago as a journeyman carpenter.
