One of the membership benefits with the GBCA is access to the Pennsylvania One Call System. If your company uses this system, you do NOT have to pay for the invoice that they send to you.
Instead, scan and email the invoice to Roseann at rrotz@gbca.com.
Once you do so, she will forward the invoice to Jon O’Brien at the General Contractors Association of PA (GCAP). GBCA members are automatically members of the GCAP, and your invoice will be forgiven.
