DEWALT Model DWD110 and DWD112 3/8-inch Variable Speed Reversing Drills
DEWALT has identified a potential safety issue with the internal wiring of some of the DEWALT Model DWD110 and DWD112 3/8-inch VSR drills which may create a shock hazard.
The drills are yellow with black accents and have a power cable connected at one end.
Only drills with date codes 2017-37-FY through 2018-22-FY are affected.
If the drill is marked with an “X” after the date code, then it has already been inspected and is not affected. If your drill does not have a date code or you cannot locate it, please contact DEWALT.
If your drill is affected, STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY, and call toll free 1-855-752-5259 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, or e-mail: recall@sbdinc.com for information about a free inspection and correction.
