Please be advised of the following items being recalled for safety issues.
A 3M fall protection “cable grab” for use on straight/fixed ladder fall protection cable systems on silos, towers, tanks, etc. This is an older model which is being replaced, free of charge, with a newer model.
Bottled eyewash solution. Only one (1) production lot is being recalled. Contact your distributor for replacement or credit.
Voltage meter being recalled due to the potential for false readings. Contact Klein Tools for replacement at no charge.
