On September 17, GBCA members gathered for the 2026 Safety Awards Reception to recognize the companies, projects, and individuals demonstrating an outstanding commitment to safety across Philadelphia’s union construction industry.

Safety is a core value of GBCA and its members, and the annual Safety Awards Reception provides an opportunity to recognize the work being done every day to protect construction professionals and build safer jobsites throughout the region.

This year, GBCA celebrated recipients of the National AGC Safety Awards and GBCA Project Safety Awards, as well as the 2026 Safety Champion of the Year.
