Northwood Construction Company, Inc. is looking for a talented individual to join its team as a Bookkeeper/Controller.

Bookkeeper/Controller

Full-Service Bookkeeper and controlling duties with desired 10 years of experience in Commercial Construction and/or General Contracting Accounting in the Philadelphia/Metro area.

  • Knowledge of Sage 300 accounting software or similar is required. Experience with Procore and other similar construction-based systems a plus.
  • Data entry skills, including but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Insurance, Job Costs, Audits, AIA Monthly Invoices for processing and sending to customers and Payroll including Union dues/Taxes for field employees.
  • Interaction/Communication with customers, subcontractors, and employees.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize projects.
  • Weekly hours Monday – Friday, 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
  • PTO, 401K with Profit Sharing, and Health Benefits, if required, after 3 months of employment. Listed salary depends on experience.
