On Monday, September 8, GBCA hosted a cocktail reception for our general contractor and construction manager members. Attendees had the opportunity to network and hear from special guest speaker Bill Sproule, Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, while also engaging with other leaders from the Carpenters.
